Hello everybody! And welcome back to MF Home TV, the best place to find out about quick and easy ideas to help you improve your home So, How to organize your kitchen? You're probably picturing your kitchen out right about now and if you're anything like me, it's probably the messiest place in the house
There are small spice containers everywhere, pots and pans lying around, the counter has so much equipment And when I start cooking, everything just gets worse! So here at MF Home TV, we figured out some easy ways to organize a messy kitchen First problem we wanted to fix is countertop space When you cook, you use a lot of materials from ingredients to utensils to the plate And with clutter like this, you can't really cook well
But, if you add a small tabletop organizer like this, it gives you a lot more space to work You almost double the cooking area! Everything is easily accessible, but you also have enough room to chop and dice and do everything you need to do Next we wanted to tackle the actual storage parts of the kitchen If we have too many condiments and spices, you can easily solve that problem by using storage baskets in different places From empty walls to the doors of your cabinet
You can vary the size of the baskets depending on what you want to store there Bigger ones can hold fruits or chips, and smaller racks can hold your spices and herbs You can even put a small hook near the sink to hang your rings when you wash the dishes! One of the main problems home cooks usually encounter is how to organize utensils The different cooking tools we use are often different lengths and sizes For the knives there are a few great ways to DIY and organizer
You could use an empty vase or a jar and fill it up with pasta or rice to hold the knives right on the countertop Or you can cut out cork strips from a corkboard and make an organizer that fits inside one of your drawers You can easily get a corkboard at bookstores or hardware stores! But for other cooking tools, you can make your kitchen drawer more organized by creating a diagonal storage space from craft materials First, measure out the size of your drawer, cover some cardboard and durable plastic wrap and cut some dividers that can fit snugly in the drawer Tape or glue them into place and that's it! You can even adjust the sizing to what you need
Now lets tackle the fridge! The hard thing is that when you put things in the fridge, you can't really reach the stuff in the back So as much as possible, use clear containers like this That you can pull out like a drawer and get the stuff you need You can organize things by size Or you can even put a small lazy susan, a circular top that spins around so you can get what's at the back of the fridge
Well those are just a few tips on how to have a clean and organized kitchen! It would be a dream to cook in a space like that! I hope you found all this information useful Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe to our Channel down below

At home, we keep some plastic bags we bring home, for use after our dog walks everyday. I think they should get them with some secret ingredient that increases the static attachment because we can never pick one out of the drawer. They remained united and ended up on a table or floor, usually when I was in a hurry because the dog was happy and barking to get out the door. However, there is a stainless steel bag organizer available on the market that keeps all the bags in one small space and crashing into the inside of the cabinet.
